Nurse Care Alliance provides non-medical, sitter services, in-home care to individuals of all ages. We work with each clients family individually to determine how to best meet their specific needs. If for any reason you don't feel the home care aid is right for you, please let us know. We will replace them at any time. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our home care aids can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.

Assistance with care of hair, teeth, dentures,shaving, filing nails and most other hygiene needs
Assistance with getting dressed or undressed. Includes assisting with difficult tasks such as tying shoes or fastening your clothing.
Assistance with bathing includes providing assistance getting in or out of the tub/shower or washing your back.
Assistance with eating such as cutting food, or buttering bread, encouraging fluid intake or actual feeding if needed.
Assistance with your bladder or bowel functions. We help you to the bathroom, with bedpan routines, using incontinence briefs or help you on and off the toilet.
Assistance to safely move around. This can include helping you walk alone or with the help of a walker.
Assistance with getting in and out of bed or wheelchair. Assistance with getting on and off the toilet, or in and out of the bathtub or vehicle. We provide the required specialized training if you are unable to assist in your own transfer.
Accompanying or transportation to physician's office or clinic in the local area to obtain medical diagnosis or treatment.
Assistance with shopping to meet your healthcare or nutritional needs.
Assistance with preparing meals. Includes planning meals, special diets and cleaning up after meals.
Assistance with washing, drying, ironing and mending or your clothing.
Assistance to self-administer prescribed medications. This includes those important reminders of when it is time to take your medication.
This includes, but not limited to, such things as cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. Sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the oven and defrosting the freezer.

Yes. All or our home care aids are well trained and experienced. We will do our best to provide you the best home care aid.
All of our home care aids go through a very thorough screening process including: Skill verification. Drug testing. Full background check with the State of California/DOJ. Complete a full set of fingerprint and TB testing. Registered with the California Department of Social Services.
